ACCOUNTS & ORDERING
1. How can I order in the wholesale shop?
You will need an account to be able to see prices and place orders. You can request an account by going to the registration page, and filling in the form.
2. What are the requirements to get access to the wholesale shop?
The wholesale shop is meant for anyone that wants to buy wholesale amounts, with a minimum order amount of € 150,- per order. We accept customers from any country, and we ship worldwide.
Please note that if you are located in the Netherlands or Belgium, we can only accept registered companies, please provide us with your Business identification number / Kamer van Koophandel number.
3. Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. At this moment the minimum order amount is € 150,-. You can only place your order if the order value exceeds this minimum amount.
4. What are the shipping costs & transit times?
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. The transit time depends on your location and on the selected shipping method.
The shipping rates will be displayed during the shipping method step of the checkout process. You can always contact us if you have questions.
We will always ship your order with full Track & trace.
5. Do you charge VAT?
This depends on your location. If you are located outside the EU or if you are a registered EU business with a valid tax number, there will be no VAT charged by us on your order. If you are a registered EU company please make sure that you enter your tax file number when you request your wholesale acount. We will make sure the VAT is exempted for your account.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
1. How can I return my order?
Wholesale orders are not eligible for return.
Please contact us within 7 days if there is something wrong with your order, or if something is damaged. Do not forget to mention your order number, product number and please add some pictures of the related issue. By this way we can we can solve the issue as soon as possible.
2. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped out, it is not possible to cancel the order anymore.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Do I have to pay custom duties / taxes?
All wholesale orders are shipped from our own warehouse in the Netherlands (EU country).

Are you located inside the EU?
If you are located within the EU, you will not pay any additional import duties or customs fees. VAT applies according to EU rules (see the VAT section above). -
Are you located outside the EU?
Your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), brokerage/handling fees and other charges when the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are always the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control. -
B2B note (import by businesses)
Please ensure your company is allowed to import the goods in your jurisdiction and that you provide the required numbers (e.g. tax ID/EORI). Any permits, registrations or additional documentation required by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. -
Documentation we provide
We ship with a commercial invoice including product descriptions and HS codes (upon request). We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or declare a lower value. -
Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: the buyer pays any duties, taxes and customs-related charges upon import. -
Refused/abandoned shipments
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges or failed delivery/customs clearance, shipping costs, return fees and any customs charges are non-refundable. Re-shipping is possible at the buyer’s expense. Wholesale orders are not eligible for return.
Important: Rules and thresholds differ per country and can change. Please consult your local customs authority for the most accurate and up-to-date information about importing goods into your country.
